Agnese is a bookcase consisting of three shelves and two drawers, all adjustable in height by means of a wooden ladder placed inside the sides. In the upper part of the pillars we find a carved Corinthian style capital decorated with leaves. To complete under the frame we have a shaped band embellished with a central frieze. The plinth is sturdy and finely shaped. Made in Italy by master craftsmen, Agnese is a sturdy and capacious bookcase, with classic shapes that lends itself well to furnishing your office with style and elegance.

WHY WOOD Having a piece of wooden furniture in your home is not just a matter of style or taste. Its mechanical and technological properties such as resistance, hardness, good polishability make it a perfect material for furniture production. Chemical and physical properties are essential for creating a healthy living climate. Wood is a perfect thermal and electrical insulator, i.e. it protects against heat and cold but easily shields us from magnetic fields. The strong hygroscopic property allows moisture to be stored in rainy seasons and released in drier periods. Wooden furniture not only makes the environment in which we live more balanced and healthy, but it is also good for our planet. Recent studies define that in order to support and certify the eco-sustainability of a product, it is necessary to analyze the 5 phases of the product's life cycle: Acquisition of raw materials, production, distribution and storage, use and end of life. Wood from sustainably managed forests makes it possible to produce green and eco-sustainable furniture.

To clean the furniture, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry one, preferably made of cotton. Do not leave any water residue and do not use chemical, alcohol-based or acid-based products that could ruin the finish. Protect during use with cotton pegs ( NOT PVC ). The table comes after polishing treated with beeswax pulled by hand; This naturally protects the treated surfaces, making the finish more elastic and long-lasting. Do not place hot objects directly in contact with surfaces.

CARVING Carving is a form of artistic processing by which hollow or relief ornaments are made on wooden surfaces. The process consists of sculpting an object using special tools. By removing excess wood, you can highlight the figure, design or ornament you want to represent. The technique is handed down by master craftsmen and is acquired with experience, dedication and good taste. The carving represents a decorative aspect that enhances the artifact, giving it a touch of quality and value.
