FRATINO The fratino was the ancient table commonly used in medieval convents. It is a rustic table of solid construction consisting of a top with significant thicknesses and two shaped legs joined by a crosspiece. Over time, the fratino has become a must-have item in Arte Povera or rustic style furnishings. Today widely used with all styles, it gives the environment a warm sense of conviviality and familiarity. Its large size makes it indispensable for parties and dinners.
To clean the furniture, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and then wipe it with a dry one, preferably made of cotton. Do not leave any water residue and do not use chemical, alcohol-based or acid-based products that could ruin the finish. Protect during use with cotton pegs ( NOT PVC ). The table comes after polishing treated with beeswax pulled by hand; This naturally protects the treated surfaces, making the finish more elastic and long-lasting. Do not place hot objects directly in contact with surfaces.
BEESWAX Beeswax is a 100% natural product. Of all the treatments used for wood, beeswax is the healthiest and most ecological. It can be applied with a brush or cloth through soft, circular movements, covering the entire surface with a thin layer. Wipe over to even out and wipe off excess with a woolen cloth. The wood is not only protected, but also acquires nourishment and shine. It is a treatment used for high-quality, valuable furniture.
