SHABBY CHIC

The shabby chic is a much-loved and appreciated style of furniture that has become widely used in recent years. Similar to Provençal, it finds its origin in English country houses. Literally translated into worn, aged and worn, it takes on a value of refinement and elegance combined with the term chic. The love for the environment and the values of sustainability are well combined with this style that is based on the possibility of transforming an old and valuable piece of furniture into a unique piece of high impact. Recycling and upcycling of furniture becomes the soul of this style. The furnishings are aged, used but in warm tones and pastel shades. Wood is the absolute protagonist but never rough and always finely decorated with lacquers manually antiqued by expert craftsmen. The carvings, the ashlars, the moldings of the furnishings create an atmosphere full of charm in which each element seems to tell its own personal experience.
