LACQUERING Lacquering is a type of finish that has lacquer as its basic element, i.e. a coloured opaque varnish (polyester or polyurethane). The artifact is previously checked, sanded to eliminate any imperfections of the wood and then a layer of lacquer is applied by hand using special airbrushes. The process then ends with finishing and drying in the pressurized cabin. The effect of the lacquer is usually opaque but by using particularly porous essences such as ash or oak we can also obtain an open-pore lacquer. The colors we have available for our furniture are infinite and include all color scales (Ral, Ncs, Pantone..). With the lacquered finish you can dress your furniture in the color you prefer or better you can
CARVING Carving is a form of artistic processing by which hollow or relief ornaments are made on wooden surfaces. The process consists of sculpting an object using special tools. By removing excess wood, you can highlight the figure, design or ornament you want to represent. The technique is handed down by master craftsmen and is acquired with experience, dedication and good taste. The carving represents a decorative aspect that enhances the artifact, giving it a touch of quality and value.
BLOCKBOARD The blockboard is a semi-finished wood product that is obtained by gluing together wooden strips with reverse grain that form the core of the panel and define its thickness. Bonding is carried out in accordance with the standard requirements in class E1, i.e. the lowest in terms of emissions. The strips are then covered on both sides with veneers of various essences. The panels obtained contain all the characteristics and qualities of solid wood internally, but are externally uniform and without imperfections. This material is one of the protagonists of excellence in carpentry for the production of high quality furniture.
