Measurements L.171 D.216 Hs.112 Hp. 42 cm bed base with 160x195 feet

RENE' is a double bed with upholstered headboard. The bed consists of a footboard worked with moldings and shapes that make the article finely decorated and very elegant. The absolute protagonist is the headboard. Framed by a sturdy and resistant solid wood structure, the central workmanship with capitonnè padding gives elegance and class to the whole bed. The padding can be requested in other shades of color. Available in numerous walnut finishes, it is presented here in a high-quality lacquered finish. In shades of white and grey, it goes well with modern environments, giving brightness and prestige to the sleeping area.

LACQUERING Lacquering is a type of finish that has lacquer as its basic element, i.e. a coloured opaque paint (polyester or polyurethane). The artifact is previously checked, sanded to eliminate any imperfections of the wood and then a layer of lacquer is applied by hand using special airbrushes. The process then ends with finishing and drying in the pressurized cabin. The effect of the lacquer is usually opaque but by using particularly porous essences such as ash or oak we can also obtain an open-pore lacquer. The colors we have available for our furniture are infinite and include all color scales (Ral, Ncs, Pantone..). With the lacquered finish you can dress your furniture in the color you prefer or better matches your environment.

CAPITONNE' Capitonnè is a type of padding that is obtained by applying, according to a regular arrangement called mesh, buttons, usually covered with the same material as the covering, which when properly "pulled" form square or rhomboidal shaped pads. The origin of this process probably dates back to England around the eighteenth century and finds its maximum expression in the iconic Chesterfield sofa. It is a purely artisanal technique that requires great manual skills, infinite patience and decades of experience. Workmanship of undisputed quality is today synonymous with elegance and class.
